The Board of Directors of Anteo Diagnostics (ASX: ADO) (Anteo) is pleased to announce that it will acquire DIAsource ImmunoAssays, SA (DIAsource), an established global specialty diagnostics company based in Belgium, pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement executed yesterday (Agreement).
