H.U. Group Holdings Inc., and its wholly owned subsidiary, Fujirebio Holdings Inc. (hereinafter “Fujirebio”) today announced that Fujirebio Diagnostics, Inc., a subsidiary of Fujirebio, has acquired all shares of Plasma Services Group, Inc (hereinafter “Plasma Services Group”).
